ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST RECEIVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)NUMBER FROM DOODLEBUGZ BY CALLING
This RMA number must be written on the orginal receipt and/or packaging list and returned with the item.
Refunds for items returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more fourteen (14) days and less than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
